The Intel Xeon Gold 6442Y is a server processor with 24 cores for the LGA4677 socket. It runs at a clock speed of 2.6 GHz and reaches up to 4.0 GHz in turbo mode. The Intel Smart Cache is 60 MB and the default TDP is 225 W.
Eight memory channels support DDR5 memory at 4800 MHz (ECC Reg.) up to a size of 4 TB. With 80 usable PCIe 5.0 lanes, there are enough connections for graphics cards, NVMe storage and network cards.
