Cancellation - How Does it Work?

Please follow these steps to cancel your order:

Step 1:

Are you not satisfied with your product? You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day on which you or a third party (not the carrier) designated by you took possession of the goods / the last batch of the goods.

Step 2:

After we have contacted you and confirmed the withdrawal, we kindly ask you to return the item(s) – if possible – in the original packaging with all packaging components to our address as follows (we cover one transport route – you bear the costs for returning the goods):

You are obliged to return the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from your purchase. The deadline is met if you hand over the goods to the carrier before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

Step 3:

After an inspection confirming the intact condition of the product, we will refund you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery option we offer).

For this purpose, if you paid by bank transfer, we will need your bank account details.
