Right of Cancellation

Right of Cancellation for End Consumers 

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The cancellation period starts from the day on which you or a third party, who is not the carrier, named by you, took possession of the goods / the last batch of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you shall inform us (Schneider Digital GmbH, Konrad-Zuse-Straße 1, 83607 Holzkirchen, phone: +49 (8025) 9930-0, fax: +49 (8025) 9930-229, e-mail: info@grafikkarten.com) in a clear statement (e.g., letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached cancellation form, although it is not mandatory. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the cancellation.

Refund Procedure

In case of a contract cancellation we refund all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery other than the standard delivery option offered by us) without undue delay and within fourteen days of receiving your cancellation notification at the latest. For the refund we use the same means of payment that you chose for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event shall you be charged for this refund. We may suspend the refund pending arrival of the goods at our warehouse or until you have provided proof that you returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You are obliged to return the goods immediately and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract at the latest. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear direct costs for returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods in a way that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, function, nature and characteristics.

Exclusion from the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to non-prefabricated or customized goods produced in accordance with personal requirements of the buyer. Likewise, there is no right of cancellation for perishable goods or for goods that quickly reach their expiry date. 

Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

For audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging or sealed goods that are excluded from return for reasons of health protection or hygiene reasons your right of cancellation expires prematurely if the seal on the goods was removed after delivery.
